Jeremy brings over thirty years of expertise in leading services and steering transformation within a diverse range of sectors, including privatised former local government, civil service, local government, primary care, and higher education.

With direct experience of leading PMOs in local government and higher education, notably doing so within a high-profile LGR programme that replaced eight legacy councils with two unitaries and a Children’s Trust, Jeremy has lived and breathed your journey, whether it’s full-on LGR or other transformation delivery.

Holding Prince2, P3O, Management of Risk and Management of Portfolios certifications, Jeremy specialises in PMO, governance and reporting and has a strong interest in specifying, mobilising and using digital systems to improve monitoring and reporting of your portfolio, programme and project tasks, not forgetting risks, issues, benefits and resources.

In his free time, Jeremy enjoys participating in his local Parkrun and completes the occasional race up to half marathon. He enjoys time with his grown up family and serving his two cats.
